It is a great product to use when you use it the way it's intented to be used. I use it in place of caffine, soda, and sugar to help me get through the day. It also works great for working out because it allows you to breath better. If you are thinking about using this product, check with your physician first. It will put more stress on your heart so make sure you are physically fit to do so. The product has also arrived on time if not before hand, which is always a plus I enjoy using ephedrine!
