Well i was 40lbs over weight and my doctor told me I should gain about 15-20lbs and Im 15 weeks and have gained 5 lbs so yes you will gain weight but maybe not much. As fair as the miles there is no answer for that just do what your body tells you if you body says to stop well then stop and eat healthy and don’t really worry about the weight.

Gaining weight is good for tha baby but if you dont want to then you could walk i wouldnt suggest walking miles tho.

during your 1st and 2nd trimester you can exercise- walk run and go to the gym like you normally do with some exceptions of some exercises
best thing to do is ask you OBGYN since every woman is different and every pregnancy ranges. she can give you the best regiment

if you are normal weight the doc says gaining 25-30 pounds is ideal! 15 pounds til month 5 then 1 pound for every week
if you are over weight then you should gain about 15 and under weight about 35-40
your OBGYN should let you no what YOUR weight gain should be =]

your not eating for 2- you just need 300 more calories then what you are supose to eat just make sure everything you eat has some nutrisous value!

Your body will tell you when to stop. Dont push yourself if you can not walk that much. There are many ways to lose weight after the baby. I would say walk for one hour and dont eat heavy meals after that.

Well, I’m 5 1/2 months pregnant, and have yet to gain any weight, i have actually lost around 12 pounds, but i have extreme morning sickness still!, but the doctor says my little one is healthy! Each person and pregnancy is different, just eat healthy, but dont starve yourself, and when walking dont over do it! Your body will tell you when you have had enough! dont worry about gaining weight, you can work out after the baby gets here!
