Actually it is, even when intact the hymen still has an opening oterwise a woman wouldn’t be able to menstrate and wether the hymen is intact or not has nothing to do with virginity anyway, tthe hymen can be broken in many ways, insertion of a tampon or even vigorus exercise, so yes a woman can become pregnant even is she’s a virgin.

the virginity you are trying to point is the presence of hymen in the vaginal orifice, that thing makes the woman virgin..its some sort of plug or a barrier whos purpose is to protect the vagina frm getting infections. once the penis penetrates the vagina, the barrier which is the hymen breaks and so, the woman after that is no longer virgin and prone to unfection and perineal hygiene to her is very important. she cannot be preganant without breaking the hymen.
