I have tried several weightloss products, and this is the only one that has worked. I was not hungry and food did not have the appeal that it once did. (For me, not being hungry, doesn’t mean I don’t eat!) But this pill took care of both the hunger and desire. Also, it gave me a lot of energy.
However, you must prepare for side effects. I did have some disruption in my sleeping patterns. I had no trouble falling asleep, but I would wake up very early. Also, sometimes I felt a little jittery if I had an extra cup of a coffee. These side effects did not bother me though. Actually, waking up an early was an extra perk!
The worst side effect is the dry mouth. If you decide to use this product, I cannot stress enough that you need to also make sure you prepare to treat the dry mouth. (Not only is it uncomfortable, but it causes tooth decay if it is frequent and untreated.) Suggestions: Buy Biotene toothpaste and mouth wash for dry mouth to protect your teeth; Floss of course; Use mouth sprays/gels for dry mouth (Biotene or Oasis); Chew on sugarless gum or candy; Drink lots of water; Limit caffeine & alcohol.
I have lost about 15 lbs in just over a month. (I was 135 lbs and am now 119 lbs.) Also, it is important to note that I have also been exercising over that time. The added energy and waking up early helped me stay on track with the exercising. Now that I am not taking the pill, I’m still doing well. 30 days of exercising and eating less was enough to become a habit for me. My appetite is smaller, and my exercise routine is just a part of my morning schedule now.

I absolutely love this product, it’s made from nature and it works! My sister bought it for me and I used it and saw immediate results! I have 2 kids and my youngest is 20 months. I used the energy boost to get me to work out and I lost so much weight. I stopped using it because my sister couldn’t find it at the store anymore and I was devasted. Thank God for amazon! I recommend those who see result and reach their goal weight not to quit this product cold turkey. My suggestion is after you reach your goal weight use 1 pill every other day, and as you gain control over your food portions use it once every 2 days, and so on. Wean yourself off slowly.

Outstanding product if you really want to lose the weight in a couple of weeks.No exercise needed the pill itself will do the work for you. However not everybody can use it and remember not to take it at night or you wont sleep.So far for me i have lost 20 pounds in 30 days.Just take 1 pill every day 1 hour before breakfast or launch and thats it.And remember to drink plenty of water.

This item does work very well- which had me a little worried- what in the listed ingredients would make me feel full all the time? It was found to contain undisclosed pharmaceutical ingredents by the FDA. This product is said to also contain sibutramine in an unknown amout. The dry mouth and insomnia are listed side effects of sibutramine. Sibutramine also has dangerous drug interaction that include a risk of death. Just be careful-it works well, but research it youself and know the risk!!! I am not sure if Amazon should even be selling it, the FDA asked companies to pull it from the shelves.

I have NEVER taken any diet pills because I always think that unless you exercise it won’t work. Well, I do not exercise AT ALL. I sit on my a$$ 8 hours at a desk job and I get home to watch TV until I fall asleep. I started the pill on a Saturday weighing 165, it is now WEDNESDAY and I weight 155! I weighed myself at my grocery store and confirmed my 155 weight. At this rate it looks like I’ll be my ideal weight of 120 before Halloween, that is barely 30 days away!!! I am absolutely in shock.
-My personal side effects have been:
*A noticeable increase of energy.
*I wake up earlier and not groggy at all.
*The sleepiness I’d always feel in the afternoons (after lunch) is completely gone.
*I’m more alert at work.
*Cravings are gone because I no longer feel hungry. I eat because I “have” to.
-The way I drink it:
Only once a day I drink 1 pill with 1 cup of a very hot tea (any flavor) with honey or Splenda. I wait about 1 hour and then I have breakfast, which has been cereal, ham & cheese sandwiches, and even McDonalds or Burger Kings breakfast sandwiches.
This is my personal experience and I’m completely thrilled. If someone as lazy as me is actually losing weight then there’s definitely something right about this diet pill.
