My naturopathic physician recommended that I try the hCG protocol diet to loose some weight. I have tried many healthy ways of lowering my weight. I changed my eating habits, eliminated sugar, carbs and lost a few pounds. When I began the hCG along with the recommended foods and calorie intake, I was loosing between 1/2 to 1 pound per day. In 23 days I lost a total of 14 pounds! I am now in the second phase of the plan. I have continued to maintain the weight loss. This is one of the weaker HCGs on the internet. It tastes like water and alcohol, no other flavor, not very effective, didn’t do much for my appetite.
I have seen it for less than half this price on other auction sites. Keep shopping. I didn’t buy this sellers HCG, bought the same brand elsewhere, cheaper.
