I have tried many healthy ways of lowering my weight. I changed my eating habits, eliminated sugar, carbs and lost a few pounds. When I began the hCG along with the recommended foods and calorie intake, I was loosing between 1/2 to 1 pound per day. In 23 days I lost a total of 14 pounds! I am now in the second phase of the plan. I have continued to maintain the weight loss. I will not return to the food choices that contributed to my gaining weight, as I can now see on the scale how little things cause my body to build fat.
