    I’ve tried different things,but I’ve been too lazy to finish them.

    1. Instead of having three large meals, I would try and eat six small meals,about 265 calories per meal (thats to maintain my current weight I think) I started this recently, but I haven’t done the exercise portion of the job XD
    2. And the first things I attempted were this “japanese banana diet” and eating half of what I’d usually eat every other day. I lost 5 to 10 pounds with that.

    i use portion control when eating. Check out my abs, along with ab exercise i eat small portions every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day.

    @ChrisL101 I actually subscribed to him a while back and for the last 3 or so videos, it’s been talk shows. One of the videos was titled something like ‘can marathon training make you fat?’ I’m not one to worry about every little factor and stress over every little study. Everything in the world gives you caner n’our days and we’re all going to die. To be honest, I just want to lose some weight, that’s all. I’m up for your regime but some things out there are just too much.

    @ALLTHESAVED No no, you’re mistaken. Okay you should eat 2,000 calories daily if your a girl. But lift weights. You have to build muscle to fuel your metabolism. You won’t get big and bulky trust me. Look up the primal blueprint, read that book, and eat that way. And lift weights, and when you do cardio do high intensity interval training. You will not get bulky!

    @ChrisL101 I think this would be good advice for a guy. One, I’m a girl, sixteen years of age, and I’m four foot eleven. I’m not looking to build muscle and for girls, eating 2500 calories of anything will make us gain hella weight. Thanks for the advice though! =]

    @ALLTHESAVED Stop running, start lifting weights. Weightlifting builds muscle which fuels your metabolism. Start eating 2500 calories a day of meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, no sugar.

    I’m sixteen years old, 115 pounds, and 4 foot 11 and 3/4 inches tall. I injest less then 1000 calories everyday and I run 5 km 3 times a week. I’ve been doing this for about 3 months now and honestly, I haven’t lost any weight, my body also hasn’t become more toned. Does anyone have any tips for me? It would be much appriciated.
