I am a 52 year old female and a grandmother of 6. I have been size 38 waist

I have been taking this product for 20 days and I do not see a difference. I am thirsty and drink plenty of water. I do feel that I break out in a sweat a bit faster. Most reviews I have read show people see the results instantly. Should I keep taking the pills?
