I began taking the meizitang soft gel capsules (by kmdali) 25 days ago and have lost 17 lbs. I have noticed a dramatic reduction in cravings and hunger. I’ve combined the meizitang soft gel capsules with a walk in the evening 5 times a week, and I feel awesome!! Take it 15 min b4 having breakfast and drink lots of water, and althought these will do a great job at curving the cravings and ur hunger, still try to have at least ur 3 meals a day, you’ll soon notice that you will desire less food (smaller portions).
