I’ve been using these tubes for about a year now and I can promise you that this stuff works FAR better than anything you can buy at your local drug store. I started out with the 15%, which I slept with every night for 2 weeks. After that, I used the 20% to go even whiter and for a once a month touch-up. This stuff will really whiten your teeth and it doesn’t make your teeth as sensitive as the less-effective strips you buy locally. I’ve even slept with the 20% in and had no issues.
I can honestly say that this product has whitened my teeth at least 7 shades. If you’re a coffee or red wine drinker, I don’t recommend consuming them when you’re going through your initial 2-week starter phase with these kits. Your teeth are really opened up with the gel and that makes them really prone to staining. I managed by using a straw for coffee/wine. Not the most glamorous looking thing but it keeps your teeth from staining.
Definitely recommend this product but only if you’re gonna visit your dentist for custom trays. It’s a small investment for a lifetime of white smiles.

I’m not a coffee drinker or smoker so without those issues I just needed to remove stains that had accumulated over time. My teeth are really white and I only need to touch them up every few months. My dentist charges a huge amount for this product so I was thrilled to see it on amazon for a much more affordable price!

Opalescence PF 20% whitened my teeth beautifully. By the third time I could notice a definite difference. My dentist recommended that I put sensitivity toothpaste in my bleaching trays and wear for 30 minutes before I put in the Opalescence. That was excellent advice for me, because I would have had tooth pain if I hadn’t. I did have a little tooth sensitivity for the first few minutes, then it went away. I also rubbed the sensitivity toothpaste over my teeth when I was through bleaching, as recommended by my dentist. I will use Opalescence in the future for maintance, but will use the 15 or 10%.

Product works quickly. Is the best way to whiten your teeth and use what the dentist will charge you a fortune for. It is very harsh on the gums, though so avoid prolonged contact. I’ve heard others use use the 10 or 15% product for this reason. I want to getthe job done quickly so I use the 20%. I bought 2 athletic mouth guards for a buck at Walmart and whitened my teeth perfectly. It’s a really great product. I will continue to use it every 3 months or so. You only need a 4 pack to obtain great results.

if you really want this stuff to work—focus on small amounts on each tooth of a custom made impressions from a dentist. Too much will be very messy and the custom trays made for your teeth work extremely well.
