   it´s better that you go to the dentist and get laser whitening…is fast and cheap!!(only $150 usd) and forget bout this crap… i did…and the results were amazing!!!btw u speak so fast…i bet u used bracketS…classic…saludos..hermosa!!!

    use them when it is best for you,
    for me i used them before and while i was in the shower that way i can take them out in the shower and rinse my mouth out..you can brush your teeth right after you use them, and i dont see why you cant eat as long as everything is off of your teeth, i hope that helped some…

    CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER: When is the best time to use this during the day? Like, at night, before bed? & can u eat after using them? & the instructions says not to brush immediately before… So pretty much, when do i use them? & when should i brush my teeth when i use them?
