I’ve combined the meizitang soft gel capsules with a walk in the evening 5 times a week, and I feel awesome!! Take it 15 min b4 having breakfast and drink lots of water, and althought these will do a great job at curving the cravings and ur hunger, still try to have at least ur 3 meals a day, you’ll soon notice that you will desire less food (smaller portions). I have lost 10 pounds in 11 days. I don’t know if it was water weight or if my scale is broken but I really think that this is amazing. When I first started taking these I lost my appetite so I ate a lot less than I should have. I felt exhausted and got dizy spells. That was kinda dumb so I started to eat more even though I didn’t feel hungry. I have also been very thirsty. This isn’t really a bad thing since water is good for you. Right now I feel great and I hope this continues to work. I am really glad I tried these!

I bought these pills from the vendor above and after taking 3 weeks of pills I never once felt any systems of me wanting to drink water or other. I have stopped using them as they have no effect at all compared to other bought from another vendor. Don’t waste your money as I did. These have no laser marks on them at all.
