check and see bumps red ones, pimples on the ding dong, could be red or look like pimples. does he take a bath every day , does he take care of himself, does he have more than one partner, does he take drugs all of these questions you will have to think about before you can tell.you will find out by looking ,asking, and being nosey. good luck.
