Open Question: Tips for getting in shape?

I’m a freshmen at college, 19 years old about 5”7-5”8 and weigh around 145 pounds. I want to get in better shape but I want to work more on abs and running any tips?

I already run 2 miles or more every day and take Thursdays off. And I do roughly 60-100 push ups a day spread out throughout the day.

Any tips or easy work outs that I should do for abs and arms? I don’t want that crazy P90x or whatever I just want some simple exercises that I can do throughout the day to get in better shape in the long run.
